Active Agenda, provided by ORQA, has a simple client interface that allows for quick integration with many point-of-care devices including smart phones, mobile PC's, diagnostic imaging workstations, and potentially anything that has a modern web-browser. With the click of a button in a clinical application, pertinent context-sensitive fields can be passed to pre-populate a safety or quality reporting form on Active Agenda, minimizing the data entry (and subsequent chance for additional error) required by the clinician.
